WELCOME HOME!!!!!

Well we have been home 10 days and we are settling in nicely.  Our sleep was crazy for the first week but everyone seems to be back on schedule now.  

We arrived to Newark at 2pm May 31st.  We were greeted by family and friends.  We went home and unpacked the car, got quick showers and headed out to eat.  I needed to get some good local Italian food at SCAPPA.    We had a wonderful welcome home meal and Julia seemed to enjoy some delicious Italian food.  We enjoyed a delicious cake....Thanks John!  

Saturday, Dan's family came over to meet Julia.  It was super hot outside.  The heat followed us home.  Dan had the hose on and Julia LOVED it.  Aunt Nancy brought bubbles and Julia loved those too.  

The rest of the week we slept, unpacked, did laundry, Katie went back to school and we got back into the swing of things.

The flight was a LONG 15 hours.  Katie was content sitting and watching movies(and so was Dan).  Julia didn't want to sit still or sleep.  She took 2 small cat naps but was awake most of the flight. I brought play-doh and that was a big hit.  Kept her occupied for a long time. 

Back in the USA!!!
